Project Completed: Stella Maris Tower, Dubai Marina Waterfront Development

NSCC International has successfully completed the construction of one of the deepest digs in Dubai, by the Dubai Marina. The six level basement was constructed using a strutted diaphragm wall system retaining a 21.5m excavation and a deeper lift pit to 24.5m. A very sophisticated dewatering system with controls and redundancy was also deployed. This ‘box’ forms the foundations of Stella Maris Tower, a luxury waterfront development by Bloom Properties.
